A handcar, also know as a draisine, is a man-powered railroad car that has been normally used by railway service personnel for railroad inspection and maintenance. Because of their low weight and small size, they can be put on and taken off the rails at any place, allowing trains to pass. Handcars have since been replaced by self-propelled vehicles. Could be used by people as "Emergency Trains", where people used them to quickly get a minimal amount of something.
Sheffield is known for having its own unique noise when docking/departing.
On train rides, Sheffield uses the sound of a steam locomotive, though.
Sheffield has the exact same power as the Stephenson Rocket, which means the operators are as powerful as a steam engine, albeit a basic one.
Moreover, it can carry heavy wagons such as rail work cranes, +100% wagons, and electric wagons
In real life, the Sheffield is really rare. You can only find one in a western place or some sort.
If the tax paid is divided between the operators, each will get 1 gold.
