Sam's Contract Story
1	Pleased to meet you, partner. I am glad you signed the contract, the last contractor left the place in a messy condition. We need to clean it up.
2	Good. We should get us some equipment and workforce to continue with building stuff around here.
3	Now this goes fast. One task done, but many more to go. No time to slack!
4	Another one rises from the dust! I have to admit, we are pretty handy. And handsome too, haha!
5	This looks like a nice district growing here. Let's not stop!
6	This town has had no better mayor than myself! These buildings are perfect. People will love me.
7	Seems like people don't like me that much, after all. I have no idea why. They say I don't pay them enough. Please, get us some cash to settle this down.
8	Finally, the last one and the work will be done! I am... eh, I mean... We are so good!
9	I think something is still missing here. My advisors mentioned something about trees, parks and other green stuff. Could you do something about it?
10	Good job, people love green stuff! Why stop here, then? Let's put some green on those dull buildings too. With great ideas like this, I will become the president!
11	Now we just need to provide transport services to those willing to pay the money to live here. That is what you are here for, right?
12	Your ugly station breaks my nice skyline. Start getting some cash for an overhaul! We will remove the ugly parts meanwhile.
13	Time to take care of the station itself. Bring some more material and begin with reconstruction. We will put something nice and modern here.
14	Now let's improve the surroundings too, so it makes a good impression! It doesn't have to be really good, it has to look good! And be cheap.
15	Yes, I will let you improve my railway network now. Bring me enough resources and we will add another rail to my station.
16	Well, you know... That cash.. It just wasn't enough! Stuff is expensive nowadays. Bring more cash and we will make your rail happen, no worries my friend!
17	I have no idea what happened, really! It just turned out some things were more costly than we thought! What? What about my new car and stuff? Don't be silly!
18	What the... Your rail is finally here, but what are those things above my town? And where are all the cars? Where are my new cars? Build a parabolic antenna to send those things away!
19	Sigh, I guess we have to get people some new cars, they are blaming me for these events. Can you believe that?
20	This was strange, but we made it, thanks to my perfect skills in every aspect of our work. I think we should build something huge to praise my work. A tall modern tower!
21	I like these thin and tall looks. Speaking of buildings, of course! Let's take our town up to the sky with more tall stuff!
22	I just love this. Also, tall modern buildings are obviously good for public relations. Let's not fix what isn't broken! Build more skyscrapers!
23	Oh, well... Someone was digging deep into the "new rail" case. Great. Now I need some cash to hire a really good lawyer. Good lawyers are not cheap, you know.
24	Thanks goodness I know really important people at the right places! Time to improve my public image. People always like new houses.
25	Now we need some money to build a new gas station. No, I am serious! I promise it won't get "more expensive" as with the new rail last time!
26	We are doing pretty well. People will think of me... of us... as heroes, if we build some more houses, hospitals, schools... Whatever they like, I don't care.
27	Good, goood. Now the hospital. You will probably need to take down those old houses, but that is not an issue, is it?
28	Wonderful! Hospital is done, now let's turn our attention to that school I have been promising for some time. I am so going to be re-elected!
29	To be re-elected, I will need some good pre-election campaign. And good campaign needs funding. Interested in buying a locomotive which certainly doesn't come from the city's property?
30	Seems we need some stable source of income. Build a Grand Café. I think it will make me... I mean... It will make us some nice money. Much needed for... city development?
31	My cousin Bobby wants to set up a small business in my city as well. He keeps it secret, but I am sure you can help him with that, can't you?
32	Holy lord above! A Casino? No way, it has to "disappear" somehow. If i knew what is Bobby about to build in my "clean" city, I wouldn't let him. Can you take care of the demolition?
33	Let's put that poor place to better use. I could imagine some sort of container handling facility over there. Anything is better than a casino in my book.
34	The elections! I am really glad you mentioned it. My electoral advisor says we should start with the green stuff, you know. My citizens love trees, parks and stuff like that.
35	Guess how I won the elections the last time. Exactly! I gave my citizens what they always wanted right before the elections. We should focus on improving the public transport now.
36	Now the ads! I know I am ahead of my competition, but let's not give them a chance. I am in the lead and I would like to keep it that way!
37	The elections start tomorrow and I still don't feel like I have done enough! I know you are in hurry, I am in hurry too but as my father used to say: "Do it once and do it properly!"
38	I have a small surprise for you while we wait. I thought that arranging you a huge discount on this locomotive could help you with your business. At least, it's a bargain for that price!
39	The elections are finally over. Let's count the votes! We will need some really big postal wagons for a job like that. Could you lend us some?
40	A clear victory as i have expected, my friend! Thank you for helping me with the campaign! Building a nice tall monument should be appropriate for a victory like this. What do you say?
41	The monument is nice, but... I don't know, I am quite disappointed by its placement. It doesn't stand out at all, due to our city's skyline. Let's find it a better place and move it!
42	A little change in plans. We will turn more land into building plots, so we can expand our beloved city! It will need just a little investment... From you, of course.
43	Finally! These developers ask for too much money and do too little work. And they do it too slowly too. Anyway, let's finally move the building!
44	Seems better, for sure. So, while we are in the mood, let's have a look at our industrial district. We will need to clear up some space for the facilities and stuff. People need jobs!
45	Now that we have the place to build some factories, we can get to the constructive work. Prepare some materials for the electronics factory while I come up with another step of our plan.
46	I have a plan. It is a good one! We will demolish this old factory and build something new in its place. Something with more job opportunities! People love jobs.
47	A depot. That's what we need. Because it is not enough to just make things, you have to store them and ship them to the customers. I know this, because I am a mayor, you see.
48	Now we will build a refinery, because a modern industrial city needs a refinery. I know this too, because I am a mayor. You need to know these things to be a mayor!
49	Another thing I know because I am a good mayor is that industrial districts need equipment. Cranes, they should look good there. And they may be useful too, eventually.
50	Just a finishing touch and our work here is done. As I promised to my faithful voters, people will have jobs as long as I am the mayor! I will see to it!
51	We need to power our new industrial zone. I bet you could use some new Uranium cars for that. Luckily for you, our new factories can improve your old Uranium Carriers. Bring them!
52	I guess you deserve something in return for all the work you have done for me. And for our city, of course. Bring some more of your wagons and we will upgrade them for you.
53	With industry comes profit. With profit comes wealth. With wealth come further improvements to our residential district. Use your new wagons to make our city even more exciting!
54	People deserve some event to entertain themselves, so they focus on something else than watching my every step and wondering where I get my new cars from. Make them a historical train show!
55	Our lead architect stole an idea... I mean, he came with a fresh idea inspired by some of his colleagues' works. Bring the required material and let him build the thing!
56	I know what's missing in our city! Nightlife! Add some lights to the downtown, so it looks vivid. People will love it.
57	The lights are good, but we need more of them. The city has to look in the way that makes you want to film a movie here. You know what I mean.
58	I just had a call from one of my European partners. We can import some European diesel locomotives for a good price, you just need to send me an example of a diesel locomotive you use.
59	People love me. Of course they do, I am the best mayor they have ever had! Because of this, I think I deserve to move to the luxury residential district too! Time to shine!
60	We have achieved a lot together. I led you to success, but I think the time has come for you to take the responsibility. I am a busy man, so I am eager to sell you my train service.
